Selection Process

The ICMR NIN Bharti 2023 includes the following most important stages:

  • The written examination (in English language only) would be of 90 minutes duration and will consist of 100 multiple choice objective type questions. Each question shall be of one mark. There will be a negative marking to the extent of 0.25 marks per question for a wrong response.
  • During the CBT examination if required the candidates should undergo biometrics test or photo matching as to check of any impersonation in the examination.
  • CBT (Computer Based Test) will be conducted for 100 marks.
  • On the basis of written examination, candidates, three times of the vacancies advertised will be short-listed. The result of the written examination for short listing of the candidates will be uploaded through a notice on the website l.e. ICMR-NIN website www.nin.res.in of the Institute within one week of the date of holding written examination.
  • The shortlisted candidates will be required to apply afresh offline within prescribed time along with all the certificates/documents/testimonials etc. on a given format which will be made available on the website of the Institute along with the notice for short listing of the candidates on the basis of written examination. Shortlisted candidates will be required to furnish the following certificates/documents/ testimonials along with their offline application:-
  1. TOD Print out of the online application form.
  2. Self-attested/attested copy of mark sheet of Matric, 10+2 and other higher qualification as per requirement of the recruitment rules of the post concerned.
  3. Self-attested/attested copy of caste/category certificate viz. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWBD.
  4. No Objection Certificate from the present employer in case a candidate is working in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous

  • व्यवहार यशस्वीरीत्या पूर्ण झाल्यावर एक ई- पावती (E-Receipt) तयार होईल. 
  • ई-पावती (E-Receipt) तयार नाही झाल्यास परीक्षा शुल्क भरणा अयशस्वी झाल्याचे दर्शवते. Payment अयशस्वी झाल्यास, उमेदवारांनी त्याचा तात्पुरता नोंदणी क्रमांक (Pagletration No) आणि पासवर्ड (Password) वापरून पुन्हा लॉग इन करावे आणि Payment ची प्रक्रिया पुनः पूर्ण करण्यात यावी. 
  • उमेदवारांनी परीक्षा शुल्क भरल्याची ई-पावती E- Receipt आणि फी चा तपशील असलेल्या ऑनलाईन अर्जाची मुद्रित प्रत Printout काढून घेणे आवश्यक आहे. ई-पावती व अर्जाची प्रत स्क्रीन वर न आल्यास ऑनलाईन व्यवहार यशस्वी झाला दर्शविते.
  • क्रेडिट कार्ड वापर कर्त्यांसाठी सर्व शुल्क भारतीय रुपयामध्ये सूचीबद्ध आहेत. तुम्ही गैर-भारतीय क्रेडिट कार्ड वापरत असल्यास, तुमची बँक प्रचलित विनिमय दरांवर आधारित तुमच्या स्थानिक चलनात रूपांतरित करेल.
